Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp oats flour, 1/2 tbsp bajra flour and mix well
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp grated carrot, 1 tsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped palak, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp jeera powder and salt for taste
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 4
Knead into a soft dough using water as required
- Step 5
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a thick round paratha
- Step 6
Heat a griddle, place the paratha and roast on both sides using ghee until golden brown
- Step 7
Serve hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd or sabzi of your choice.
