- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1.5 tbsp oats flour, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, and water.
- Step 2
Knead into a soft dough and divide into small equal portions.
- Step 3
Coat the portions with wheat flour and roll into a paratha.
- Step 4
Heat a tawa over medium heat. Place the paratha on it and roast using 1.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 5
Cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve hot with a bowl of Nestlé A+ Curd or any curry.
