- Step 1
For Potato Mixture
In a pan heat 1/4th tsp oil add 1/8th tsp rai,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tbsp grated carrot,1/2 tbsp boiled peas,1/4th tsp red chilli powder,1/4th tsp garam masala,1/4th dry mango powder,1/4th tsp salt and , saute it well and cook them.
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp mashed potato,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, and mix well.
- Step 4
For Sandwich
Remove the crust from all multigrain bread slices and discard them.
- Step 5
Flatten each multigrain bread slice using a rolling pin.
- Step 6
Place a multigrain bread slice on a clean, dry surface and apply 1 tsp pizza sauce.
- Step 7
Place another multigrain bread slice over it and spread potato mixture,1 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 8
Put the third slice on top and spread 1 tbsp green chutney evenly over it.
- Step 9
Place a few capsicum slices on one side of the sandwich and tightly roll the bread slices from the capsicum and to the other end to make a roll.
- Step 10
Cut the roll into 4 equal portions and serve.
