- Step 1
In a bowl add 1 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 2
Add 2 tsp chopped green cabbage, 1 tsp grated carrot, 1 tsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped methi leaves and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 3
Knead into a soft dough, add water if required
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 5
Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Step 6
Place a dough ball on parchment sheet and flatten it gently to a round shape
- Step 7
Make a small hole in the center of the thalipeeth to help it cook evenly.
- Step 8
Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat and add a little ghee.
- Step 9
Carefully transfer the flattened thalipeeth onto the hot tawa.
- Step 10
Cook on one side until golden brown, then flip it and cook the other side until golden and crispy.
- Step 11
Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or a side of chutney.
