Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1.5 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 dry red chilli and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup chopped drumstick leaves and cook until soft.
- Step 3
Season with 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste.
- Step 4
Add cooked dal.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 6
Garnish with 1/2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
- Step 7
Serve warm.
