Steps
- Step 1
For marination
Place the 140 gm mushi maasa pieces in a bowl and add in 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp besan.
- Step 2
Coat the fish well with flour mix.
- Step 3
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Step 4
Shallow fry the marinated fish from both sides.
- Step 5
Serve hot with slices of onion.
