- Step 1
For Mushroom Mixture
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 cup chopped mushroom and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp red chili sauce,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix well and cook.
- Step 3
For Wrap
In a kadhai add water and bring to a boil.
- Step 4
Add into 1/4 cup bajra flour and mix it well.
- Step 5
Transfer it in a mixing bowl, add into the water as required and knead into the dough. Roll out on a rolling pin.
- Step 6
Cut into small circles and add the mushroom mixture to Seal.
- Step 7
In a steamer, put the momos on a plate. Cover & steam till done.
- Step 8
Serve.
