- Step 1
Soak 2 tbsp barley for 2 hours and cook it in water and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a heated pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 cup diced mushroom and saute well. Turn off the heat once the mushroom is done.
- Step 3
Take a bowl, add cooked barley, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tsp lemon juice and sauted mushrooms.
- Step 4
To this mix further add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 6
Toss well and serve.
