- Step 1
In a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4 cup diced mushroom and saute well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, water as required and 2 tbsp barley.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped spinach.
- Step 4
Pressure cook till 5 whistle.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
