Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai add 1/8 cup rice, water as required,1/2 sliced ginger,1/8 cup diced mushroom, cover and cook till the rice is done and the congee is lightly thick.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding garlic.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, and mix it well.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
