For Mushroom Marination
In a mixing bowl add 1/8th tbsp dry red chili powder,1/8th tbsp cumin powder,1/4th tsp garlic paste,1/8th tsp cayenne pepper,1/8th tsp oregano,1/8th tsp salt,1/10th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th cup diced mushroom and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Mushroom Fajita
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add into the 1/8th cup julienne onion,1/8th cup julienne capsicum,1/8th cup julienne red capsicum,1/8th cup julienne yellow capsicum,1/8th tsp salt, and saute it well.
- Step 3
Place marinated mushroom , cover with a lid and cook on slow flame.
- Step 4
Add 1/4th tsp lemon juice and serve.
