- Step 1
In a pan, add 2 tsp butter, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup chopped mushroom and cook till the mushroom turn golden brown.
- Step 3
Add palak puree made from blanching and grinding 3/4 cup palak and mix well.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required to adjust the consistency and let it simmer.
- Step 5
Add 1 tbsp cream.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
