- Step 1
For Mushroom Mixture
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add 1/4 tsp garlic paste, and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup chopped green cabbage,2 tbsp chopped spring onion,1/3 cup chopped mushroom,1/4 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp vinegar,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3
For Spring Roll Sheet
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8 tsp salt, water as required, and mix and knead into the dough.

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into a square shape.
- Step 5
Apply flour slurry on the sides of each sheet.
- Step 6
Add the mushroom mixture to each sheet and roll it tightly.
- Step 7
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry spring roll till golden in color.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
