Ingredients

- Step 1
Using 1 tsp oil, shallow fry 1/2 cup of diced mushroom in a pan, till golden brown and keep aside.
- Step 2
Heat the remaining oil.
- Step 3
To this, add 2 green cardamoms, 2 black peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, and 2 tbsp of chopped onion.
- Step 4
Saute till the onion turns golden brown.
- Step 5
Now, add 1.5 tsp chopped garlic and saute till its golden brown too.
- Step 6
Next, add masala powder, sufficient water, and let it simmer.
- Step 7
Then, add 1/8th tsp each of haldi, salt, and red chilli powder.
- Step 8
Add 1/4th tsp of green chilli paste and 1 tbsp of chopped tomato and mix well.
- Step 9
Add some more water as required, and 1.25 tsp vinegar.
- Step 10
Add the shallowfried mushroom and mix.
- Step 11
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, mix well and serve hot.
