- Step 1
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and add 1/8 cup chopped onion, 1/4 tsp grated garlic,1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 cup chopped mustard leaves and saute it well.
- Step 2
Transfer in a mixing bowl and add oats powder, 1/3 cup boiled mashed sweet potato, and 1/4 tsp salt. Combine them all together.
- Step 3
Make small round balls and flatten them.
- Step 4
Stuff with 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and seal it. Coat with 2 tbsp oats flour.
- Step 5
Oil Brush the cheese balls with 1 tsp oil & roast them at 180 degrees celsius for 1015 minutes.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
