- Step 1
Heat a kadhai, and add 1 tsp oil
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till translucent.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp salt and saute till tomatoes are soft and mushy and spices are aromatic.

Then, add 2 tbsp peas and some water to avoid the burning of spices.
- Step 5
Cover with a lid and cook well.
- Step 6
Open the lid and add 1/2 cup diced mushrooms and allow to cook.
- Step 7
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix well and serve hot with roti or rice.
