Cook 3.5 tbsp Basmati Rice

Deep Fry 1/3 cup Julienne Onion in 1 tbsp oil till Brown

Blend 1/3 cup Chopped Tomato into Puree

In 100gm Mutton add 1/4 tsp Garam Masala , 1/2 tsp Saunf , 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste,1/8 tsp Haldi, 1 tsp Jeera Powder, 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, Tomato Puree, Mix Well.

Marinate for 1 Hour

Preparation
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil,1/4 tsp jeera,1 black elaichi,2 green elaichi, 4 clove, 4 black pepper, marinated mutton, mutton stock cook till meat is tender
- Step 8
In another kadhai, add 1/2 tbsp ghee, cooked mutton, cooked rice, and spread evenly, and add reaming 1/2 tbsp ghee to it

Now add brown onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped pudina leaves close the lid & cook for 10 min on low heat

Serve hot with raita
