Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai, add 1/8 cup rice, water as required, 1/2 sliced ginger, 1/8 cup minced mutton,1 tbsp chopped carrot, and cook it till lightly thick.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3
Serve with soya sauce.
