- Step 1
Preprep by soaking 1/4 cup chickpeas.
- Step 2
In a grinder add soaked chickpeas,2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp minced mutton,1 garlic clove,1/2 green chilli,1/8 tsp coriander powder,1/8 tsp jeera powder,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp salt and grind it in a smooth paste.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4
Transfer mixture in a bowl and add 1/2 tbsp besan. Mix it well.
- Step 5
Make small balls and deep fry in heated oil till golden in color.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
