Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/4 cup ragi flour, 1/2 tsp salt,1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp white til and 2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add water & knead the dough well.
- Step 3
Take a lemon size dough, roll into roti and roast both sides.
- Step 4
Apply 4 tsp ghee and roast on both the sides until crisp.
