- Step 1
For Refried Beans
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil, add into the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 cup chopped onion,1/4 cup chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped green capsicum and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add into the cooked mashed kidney beans,1/8 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp salt, water as required, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3
For Nachos
In a mixing bowl, add 1/8 cup maize flour,1/8 cup whole wheat flour, 2/3 tsp oil, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder, 1/8 tsp salt, water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 4
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and fork it.
- Step 5
Cut into the triangle shape and deep fry in heated oil till golden in color.
- Step 6
Remove nachos on a plate and sprinkle 1 tsp cayenne pepper,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp chaat masala.
- Step 7
Add refried bean mixture and spread it.
- Step 8
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and serve.
