- Step 1
For Boondi
In a mixing bowl add 1/3 cup besan,1/2 tsp suji, water as required mix it till look like thin batter.
- Step 2
Heat oil in a kadhai Keeping the flame medium to high, keep the batter on the strainer/puri jhara and start sowing in the oil.
- Step 3
Before using the strainer, wash each time in the water so that Boondi does come well. Once Boondi goes in oil, it is fried in 2025 seconds. Remove boondi on a plate.
- Step 4
For Sugar Syrup
In a kadhai add 4 tbsp sugar, water as required, and bring to a boil. Then add into the 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, 2 saffron strands and mix it well.
- Step 5
Add into the fried boondi and mix till syrup absorbed by boondi.
- Step 6
Add into the 1/2 tsp chopped almonds,1/2 tsp chopped cashewnuts,1/2 tsp chopped pista, and mix it well.
- Step 7
Switch off the flame and cool down the boondi mixture.
- Step 8
Make a round ladoos and serve.
