- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1.5 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and bring it to a boil
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp lemon juice and stir until Nestlé A+ Milk starts to Nestlé A+ Curdle.
- Step 3
Strain the chenna and remove the excess whey and set aside
- Step 4
Transfer the chenna to a bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp suji and mash gently until smooth
- Step 5
Gradually add water and mix to form a cake batter consistency.
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped pista, 1 tsp chopped walnuts, 1/4 tsp ghee and combine well.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle twist by adding cranberries
- Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until set
- Step 9
Serve warm
