- Step 1
Take 2 tbsp custard powder and add little water to make slurry.
- Step 2
Heat 1.5 cup skimmed milk, add 2 tbsp chopped dates,1 tsp vanilla extract and mix well.
- Step 3
Bring it to a boil and add custard powder slurry.
- Step 4
Stir continuously to avoid any formation of lumps.
- Step 5
Keep it aside to cool.
- Step 6
Take a tall glass and make a layer of fruits & nuts by adding 1/4 cup chopped plum, 1/2 tbsp chopped walnut, and 1/2 tbsp chopped almond.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding soaked chia seeds.
- Step 8
Add the prepared pudding mixture.
- Step 9
Allow it to set and serve.
