- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp mashed sweet potato, 2 tbsp cooked grated beetroot, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 3
Mix all the ingredients well and shape into a patty.
- Step 4
Coat them in 2 tbsp oats flour.
- Step 5
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6
Shallowfry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides.
- Step 7
Slice open 1 mediumsized burger bun, through the centre.
- Step 8
Put 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.
- Step 9
Cover the bun and serve.
