- Step 1
For Base
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp oats, water, 1/2 tsp salt and make a dough.
- Step 2
Roll into a round bhakri and dry roast from both sides.
- Step 3
For Pizza
Spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce on the bhakri, add 1 tbsp diced onion, 4 broccoli florets, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp oregano.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5
Place on a tava, cover and cook for 57 minutes on low heat.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
