Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 2.5 tbsp oats flour, 1 tsp chopped cabbage, 1 tsp chopped violet cabbage, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp oil, pour a ladle of mixture and allow to cook.
- Step 3
Flip and cook until both sides are well cooked.
- Step 4
Serve hot with a suitable accompaniment.
