Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts, 1 tsp chopped almonds and roast until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup oats and roast for a minute
- Step 3
Pour skimmed milk, add 1/4 cup grated carrot and mix well
- Step 4
Cook on low flame until it thickens
- Step 5
Add 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder and mix until it dissolves
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 7
Serve warm
