Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, kadi patta and saute.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding methi seeds
- Step 3
Add 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp chopped carrot and cook for a minute
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp oats, soaked moong dal and add water for cooking
- Step 5
Simmer over low flame until cooked
- Step 6
Add /8 tsp haldi, salt for taste and cook until it combines well
- Step 7
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
