- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp oats, boiled potato, blanched sweet corn, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 2
Season it with 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp jeera powder and salt for taste
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds
- Step 4
Mix all the ingredients and shape into even sized round cutlets
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick pan with 1 tsp oil, place the cutlet and roast until crisp
- Step 6
Serve hot with chutney.
