- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3.5 tbsp oats flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and mix the mixture properly.

Add enough water.
- Step 3
Mix these to get a smooth consistency.
- Step 4
Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil.
- Step 5
Pour and then spread the batter, roast it.
- Step 6
Flip and roast on the other side.
- Step 7
Serve it hot with coriander chutney.
- Step 8
For the coriander chutney
In a mixie, add 1/8 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tbsp groundnut, 1/8 tbsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt and grind till it is smooth.

Add enough water.
- Step 10
Remove it in a bowl.
