For Batter

In a bowl, add 3 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and water as required.

Mix well and keep aside.

For Sambhar
- Step 5
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6
Add 1/8 tsp rai, 3 kadi patta leaves, 1/4 no red chillies, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp sambhar powder and saute.
- Step 7
Now add 2 diced drumstick, 1/8 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tbsp chopped brinjal, 1/8 tbsp chopped capsicum and mix well.

Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 cup boiled tur dal, 1/2 tbsp tamarind pulp and allow it to boil and cook well.

For Dosa

Pour a ladle of the prepared batter and spread it on the tawa.

Roast with 1 tsp oil, flip and roast on other side as well.
- Step 12
Serve with hot sambhar.
