- Step 1
In a bowl, add cooked dal, 1 tbsp oats, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp mixed herbs, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chaat masala,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 2 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients well and shape into a patty.
- Step 3
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Shallow fry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides.
- Step 5
Slice open 1 mediumsized burger bun, through the center.
- Step 6
Apply 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on each half
- Step 7
Put 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.
- Step 8
Cover the bun and serve.
