Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/4 tsp ghee, add 4.5 tbsp oats and roast until light brown
- Step 2
In a blender add roasted oats, 2 tbsp chopped dates, 1/2 cup grated paneer, saffron strands and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder
- Step 3
Blend it together until smooth
- Step 4
Make even sized balls
- Step 5
