Steps
- Step 1
In a pan add 1 tsp butter,2.3 tbsp cubed paneer, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs. Roast it till golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
- Step 2
Then add 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 cup oats. Roast it.
- Step 3
Then add 2 tbsp julienne yellow capsicum, 2.5 tbsp julienne red capsicum.
- Step 4
Mix well. Add water and 1/4 tsp salt. Cook it. Add herbed paneer.
- Step 5
Serve warm and enjoy.
