Steps
- Step 1
In a blender add roasted oats, roasted til, roasted peanuts, 1/8 cup jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and 1/2 tbsp ghee
- Step 2
Grind it coarsely and transfer the mixture to a bowl
- Step 3
