Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp of oats, 1 tsp finely chopped onion, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli and salt for taste.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3
Knead a soft dough using water as required.
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide the dough into equal parts.
- Step 6
Roll each dough ball into round roti.
- Step 7
Heat a tawa with 1/2 tsp oil, place th roti and roast evenly on both sides.
- Step 8
Serve warm with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
