Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp of oats, 1 tsp of finely chopped onion and 1/4 tsp each of chopped green chilli and salt.
- Step 2
Add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Roll the dough into a roti using a rolling pin.
- Step 4
Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a tawa.
- Step 5
Roast roti thoroughly, flipping it as required to cook both sides.
- Step 6
Serve hot on a plate with a bowl of Nestlé A+ Curd.
