- Step 1
In a pan add 1.5 tsp butter,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till translucent.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1 tbsp chopped green capsicum,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 3
Add 1/8 cup oats, water as required, mix it well then cover with lid and cook till the water is absorbed.
- Step 4
Add 1 egg and stir it continuously to scramble.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 6
Serve hot with chapati.
