- Step 1
In a bowl add mashed potato, 2 tbsp chopped palak, 1 tbsp oats flour,1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp garam masala ,1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 3
Mix everything well.
- Step 4
Add a little water for binding and shape into equal sized patty.
- Step 5
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil and place the patty.
- Step 6
Cook from both side until crisp and golden brown and keep aside.
- Step 7
Take a burger bun and cut it into half.
- Step 8
Apply 1 tsp tomato ketchup on one side and 2 tsp mayonnaise on the other.
- Step 9
Add 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices 1 lettuce leaf and place the patty.
- Step 10
Close the bun and cut it into half.
- Step 11
Serve with dip of your choice.
