- Step 1
For Mixture
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add 1 tsp chopped garlic, and 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp green chilli paste,1/8 tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8 tsp haldi,1 tsp chopped spring onion,1/8 cup grated tofu, 2 tbsp chopped red capsicum and saute it well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 4
Add water as required then cover it with a lid and cook it nicely.
- Step 5
For Momo
In a bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp oats flour, 1 tsp olive oil, and water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 6
Roll out using a rolling pin then cut into small circles using a round shape cutter and add mixture in the center then seal the edges.
- Step 7
Place in a steamer and steam till cooked.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
