Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chili, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and mix well.
- Step 2
Add a little water and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Divide the dough into equal parts, flatten it, and roll it into a round shape.
- Step 4
Heat a tawa and roast the paratha with 1.5 tsp ghee on both sides until light brown.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
