- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp tomato puree, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp coriander powder, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and salt for taste
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3
Knead into a smooth dough using little water
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide into equal parts and roll out into a round shape
- Step 6
Heat a tawa, place the paratha and roast using ghee on both sides evenly
- Step 7
Serve the hot paratha with a bowl of Nestlé A+ Curd.
