Steps
- Step 1
For Hummus
In a Grinder add soaked and cooked Chole, 3/4th tbsp White til, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1.5 garlic, 2.5th tsp Olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and water as required grind together.
- Step 2
For Sandwich
Take a bread slice and apply the Hummus.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped green capsicum,1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum,1/4th tsp mixed herb, 1/4th tsp chilli flaxes.
