In a bowl, add 3 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp grated apple, 2 tbsp chopped banana, 1/8th tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp sunflower seeds, 1 tsp black raisin, 1 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped walnuts,1 tbsp chia seeds water and 30 gm yogurt.
