Steps
- Step 1
Take a kadhai, heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 cup chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
- Step 3
Add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi and 2 tbsp chopped tomato, water, 1/2 cup diced snake gourd and mix well.
- Step 4
Add some more water, cover & cook till water dries out.
- Step 5
Serve hot with chapatti.
