- Step 1
In a blender, add 3/4 cup chopped palak, 3 tbsp grated dry coconut, 1.5 tbsp bhuna chana, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp salt and water.
- Step 2
Blend well, pour in a small bowl and keep aside.
- Step 3
Take a pan and heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 2 kadi patta and 1 red chilli.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Mix well and pour on the chutney.
- Step 7
Serve with idlis or dosas.
