Prepreparation,
- Step 2
Blanch 1 cup chopped palak and blend into a puree. Keep aside.
- Step 3
Boil 2 tbsp sweet corn and keep aside.
- Step 4
For vegetable,
- Step 5
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger and mix well.
- Step 7
When they turn golden brown, add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 8
Then add palak puree, 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 9
Finally add 2 tsp cream and mx again.
- Step 10
Serve hot.
