- Step 1
Take a pan and heat 1/2 tsp oil on a low flame.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp jeera and allow it to roast.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomatoes and 1/4 tsp green chilli.
- Step 4
Saute well until you start getting a beautiful aroma.
- Step 5
Add in 1/4 tsp haldi along with 1/4 tsp salt and saute.
- Step 6
Additionally put in 3 tsp chopped palak. Saute well making sure everything is evenly distributed.
- Step 7
Pour in 1.5 tbsp cooked tur dal combining all ingredients effectively.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding basil seeds.
- Step 9
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
