- Step 1
For Tikki,
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp Chopped Palak, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1/2 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, and 1/4 tsp salt, mix and make into Tikki.
- Step 2
Heat 1 tsp oil and shallow fry tikki until golden in color.
- Step 3
For Burger
Take 1 whole wheat Burger Bun and cut it into 2 slices.
- Step 4
Apply whisked hung Nestlé A+ Curd and 2 tsp Tomato Ketchup on both slices.
- Step 5
Place 1 lettuce leaf, place Tikki, place 2 tomato slices, and 1 Onion Slice on one slice
- Step 6
Close the Bun with another slice and serve.
